Terms of Use and Community Safety Rules

These Terms govern access to Capiverso, including social rooms, profiles, direct messages, calls and other user-generated content features.

Agreement before access

You must read and agree to these Terms before registering or signing in. Your acceptance, the Terms version, date and account are recorded. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use authenticated features.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Capiverso has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual or exploitative content, grooming, fraud, spam, impersonation, illegal activity and content that endangers children or other people are strictly prohibited.

User-generated content

You are responsible for messages, audio, profile information and other content you submit. You must have the right to share it and must not post personal, confidential, infringing, unlawful or unsafe material. Automated filters may prevent content from being posted.

Reporting and blocking

Users can report objectionable content or abusive behaviour from profiles and conversations and can block abusive users. Reporting or blocking immediately separates the accounts, removes the reported user from the reporter’s social experience and notifies the Capiverso moderation team.

Moderation response within 24 hours

Capiverso reviews reports as soon as possible and within 24 hours. When a violation is confirmed, the offending content is removed and the responsible account is suspended or terminated. Safety evidence may be retained with restricted access.

Enforcement

We may filter, restrict, remove or preserve content; limit social functions; suspend sessions; or terminate accounts to protect users and enforce these Terms. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate removal without prior notice.
